No matter what kind of assistance they require or how intimate the setting is, we will always treat them with the utmost respect and dignity.

During the process of personal care, our Carer is able to offer support, assistance, and reassurance to your family member, which can help them remain secure and independent in their own home. You will have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your loved one is receiving the necessary care when a personal carer is there.

Our carers are available to assist in any way that is required, whether your loved one requires nothing more than a friendly nudge or assistance with washing due to decreased mobility.

We think that care visits should not be rushed or treated as merely a duty to be finished, so our minimum visit time is 45 minutes and can be for as long as you desire. With your loved one's permission, we would like to extend our visits so that we may get to know them better and form a mutually beneficial and trusting relationship with them. In most cases, personal care visits are provided in tandem with additional services, such as companion care. Our carers are able to assist with food planning, medication management, and light housekeeping during their daily morning and evening personal care visits.

We take the time to learn about your loved one and their situation before providing care, so that we can tailor our services to their specific needs. Your loved one can remain in the familiar surroundings of home while receiving the highest quality care.
